Most SPF issues can be resolved by project volunteers. Free support resources are described on the SPF web site.

If you have a particularly complex problem or if you would rather have dedicated support, the following people, with substantial experience with e-mail in general and SPF specifically, are available for hire as consultants. All are also volunteers who help people with SPF problems routinely.

Scott Kitterman - Mr. Kitterman has participated in the SPF project since early 2004. In addition to being a full time system engineering consultant, he operates Controlled Mail, an SPF friendly mail submission service for small businesses that do not run a dedicated mail server. He is also the primary moderator for the spf-help discussion list, the publisher of an SPF record validation and test tool, and an assitant maintainer of the pyspf Python SPF checking library. He is also able to assist with integration of SPF into Postfix. He is the current developer of Perl and Python SPF policy servers for Postfix. He has packaged a variety of SPF related software for both Debian Linux and Ubuntu Linux. He can be contacted via . He is based in the state of Maryland in the US.

Alex van den Bogaerdt - Mr. van den Bogaerdt is currently the primary support engineer responding to help submissions made via the SPF web site. He can be contacted via . He is based in the Netherlands.

Koen Martens - Mr. Martens has developed SPF validation tools, provides much of the IT infrastructure for the SPF help team, and was the developer for MTA specific SPF patches. He can be reached via mail, telephone, or e-mail:
